The vision of Green Infrastructure Engineering Laboratory is to develop the optimal landscape systems based on science, engineering and aesthetics. The Lab is doing basic and applied research in order to achieve this goal. Based on the basic knowledge of green infrastructure and urban design, the knowledge about the whole areas of   civil engineering (structure, soil, water, environment) is combined with the big data, artificial intelligence and IoT technology from the 4th industrial revolution. The core of the research is to build and implement evidence-based design models considering integrated processes (planning, design, construction, maintenance).

그린인프라공학연구실의 비젼은 과학, 공학 및 미학에 근거한 최적의 그린인프라 시스템 구축이며, 이 목표를 달성하기 위한 기초 및 응용연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 지속가능한  스마트시티의 심장이 그린인프라 라는 신념으로 , 토목공학의 전영역 (구조, 토질, 수공, 환경)에 대한 지식과 4차산업혁명으로 인한 빅데이터, 인공지능, IoT 기술을 접목하여 근거기반의 통합설계 (계획, 설계, 시공, 유지관리) 모델구축 및 실용화가 연구의 핵심입니다.
